Our Solve the Problem (STP) public workshops to assit our members in solving a pressing performance problem while they build the capacity for solving similar problems in the future. These workshops are delivered just-in-time (usually very short lead time response), on-the-job (without a predefined performance challenge there cannot be a STP workshop), and on-their-own (these workshops are nearly all provided to one member in one of their facilities.) About CQM Courses
Local Chapter Directors and Central Staff work with the member to ensure there is a good understanding of the performance challenge (and the consequence of failure) before a STP workshop response is developed. The STP workshop is generally attended by the member company team which will be responsible for deploying the solution.
CQM Advising Services offer the opportunity to work directly with an expert who has extensive experience putting theory into practice within the CQM member community. This advisor works with your organization and transfers knowledge to an internal resource in order to decrease future reliance on external sources.

On-Site Course Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing GOAL/QPC and CQM to fulfill your Quality Training needs. The Instructional Services Team is always ready and willing to meet all your needs.
In the event that a course should be cancelled, please review the following policy:
Cancellation within ten business days of the scheduled delivery date of any GOAL/QPC related activity would be billed to the customer at:
* 50% of the contracted fee and 100% cost of producing materials.
* 100% of any travel and living expenses that GOAL/QPC cannot recover.
Cancellation within five business days of the scheduled delivery date of any GOAL/QPC related activity would be billed to the customer at:
* 100% of the contracted fee and 100% cost of producing materials.
* 100% of any travel and living expenses that GOAL/QPC cannot recover.
Note: If the canceled activity is rescheduled and held within 90 days of the cancellation date, no penalty will be charged for the contracted fee. The customer would be billed for:
* Any materials they have received.
* 100% of any travel and living expenses that GOAL/QPC cannot recover.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to ten business days before the course, are fully refundable without penalty. If you cancel with less than ten business days notice, you will be allowed to transfer into any GOAL/QPC course of equal or lesser value. Transfers must be used within one calendar year of the original course date. In fairness to all attendees, if you do not attend a course and do not cancel according to the above policy, you will be charged the entire course fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
GOAL/QPC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or to change instructors. The participants accept all responsibility for any travel related penalties or charges.
