The Center for Quality Management (CQM) is a non-profit organization operating internationally. The CQM was founded in 1989 by CEOs and senior executives from seven major New England companies who wanted to work together to study and implement cutting-edge management practices. CQM offers educational programs, advising services, research initiatives, and networking activities that build upon a foundation of TQM and address the three areas critical to long-term business success: planning, operations, and managing change.
About: CQM | A Division of GOAL/QPC

CQM | from Good to Great
A strong movement in the direction of VOC and Market Research include:
1) We are focused on Societal Learning – we are bringing in partners to continually deliver the latest and greatest course content in every area of your business
2) Each member company will provide at least one person to drive this societal learning. These leaders will drive the process of researching and sharing best practices in every area of our businesses: Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Innovation, New Product Development, Operations, Human Resources… just to name a few.
3) We have increased our focus on growing CQM in the Midwest: Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana – target cities will include Lexington, Dayton, Indianapolis, and Columbus in addition to our existing chapters in Cincinnati and Louisville.
Sincerely,
