About Us
The Center for Quality of Management’s instructors and advisors have hands-on experience using the tools we teach in their own businesses. In addition, they have hundreds of hours providing instruction and advising to companies in a variety of industries around the world. Our tools are designed to work in companies both large and small. We work with you to find the instructor with the expertise that will best fit your company’s needs and culture.
Since 2000 we have been working hard on soft skills with hundreds of organizations worldwide. Some of our clients include Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Eclipsys Corporation, Geist Manufacturing, Paragon Door Designs.
We will work with you to determine whether we are the right provider for you. If we're not a good fit, we'll do our best to recommend someone else. We will partner with you to set realistic goals and expectations about what you can expect after a training session.
